I didn't know there was a type of web called a "cup and doilie" - how Victorian! The hammock-like web was certainly at about eye-level, so maybe it was.Ellen Rathbonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17684750034177425795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194066715822423007.post-73615109268221245472009-09-09T19:32:42.281-04:002009-09-09T19:32:42.281-04:00Nice photos of Spider webs. Have you seen a cup and doilie web? They are pretty cool and easy to ID. The hamock one you took looked like it might be a cup and doilie but it is hard to tell from the photo, usually they are eye level in small trees.squirrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12297406366801045392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194066715822423007.post-67460704766470576992009-09-03T22:44:15.266-04:002009-09-03T22:44:15.266-04:00I've been enjoying the webs on the lawn in the...I've been enjoying the webs on the lawn in the morning too lately.
