This includes video. The key is a timed exposure. I have a cable release and set the camera on "bulb." They I stood there holding the shutter open for several seconds (upwards of a minute or more), hoping there would be a good strike. If a BIG flash happened, I closed the shutter and checked the image - if I was lucky, I caught a bolt.Ellen Rathbonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17684750034177425795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194066715822423007.post-71916494865081584322011-08-27T16:58:06.711-04:002011-08-27T16:58:06.711-04:00OOoohhh. When I was a kid growing up on a Michigan lake (Klinger Lake near Sturgis), we would all gather on a covered porch to watch the storms coming across the lake. All that thunder and lightning and big black clouds and wind bending the trees and rain sweeping over the water -- it was quite a thrill! (This was before TV.) Where I live now, I don't get nearly such a grand view of the sky.Jacqueline Donnellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13390548854179921303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194066715822423007.post-3106584445083476382011-08-25T14:48:01.199-04:002011-08-25T14:48:01.199-04:00Wow, nice light show!
